Yes we do. The product is called Dampp-Chaser/Piano LifeSaver. It prolongs the tuning stability by helping retaining the humidity level at optimal level under/inside the piano.
Worn and tired hammers are not able to produce full dynamics of ppp to fff. It may play only from mf and above. Or some notes may jump/stick out when you play scales.
There are two options to fix this. One is to do a "Voicing" on the worn and bright-sounding hammers, to make it more warmer/fuzzier sound. Well voiced, maintained hammers give a pleasant tone and dynamic control.
The second is to replace the hammers with new set, which will give you almost like a brand new piano tone.
There could be a several issues with this. Keyboards may need to be "eased" to have the smoothness back. Moving action parts may have a sticky pivotal pins, or in the case of Upright, broken spring or return spring cord.
In most cases small to mid size repair is all it needs. But sometime it's best to replace the entire set of action parts if budget allows.
Some cases, the Touch-Weight Modification may be called for. The entire action-keyboard geometry will be reconfigured to obtain much efficient touch-feel.
